A facilitator  is “one who helps to bring about an outcome (as learning, productivity, or communication) by providing indirect or unobtrusive assistance, guidance, or supervision.” (merriam-webster.com )

It is my role, as a Career Development Facilitator, to give you the tools to find that job. I am not doing the work for you – I am teaching you how to do it. I come at this process from a unique perspective. "I've been there, done that;" being able to say those words comes from years of experience and training. I am old enough to know better.
