It is the role of a Career Developer to give their clients the tools to be self sufficient. Job seekers need to articulate their skills and strengths to employers to be able to compete in today’s job market. Customer service (both internal and external) is one of my strengths. I’ve adopted the goal “to consistently exceed my customer’s expectations” in whatever I do. During my tenure at CATEC, I have taken on its mission’s challenge of providing workforce training to a diverse population. My years of experience in human resources, as well as being both an employee and an employer, give me a unique perspective into human capital and all aspects of employment.
My philosophy is predicated on exemplary customer service. It is at the core of everything I do in every job I've ever had. I pride myself on the level and quality of my effort to exceed expectations of anyone who seeks my assistance. “It's my pleasure” is my automatic response when someone says “thank you.”
