First impressions matter. Period. End of discussion.
Interviews can be didn’t-sleep-the-night-before intimidating. After all, it only takes a few seconds for a "first impression" to be seared into an employer's brain. That decision to hire you could very well be made within the first few minutes. My goal is to “tutor” you in the basics of interviewing, including the “homework” that must be done before the interview takes place; in today’s job market, one cannot go in unprepared and expect to do well.
I want you to leave that interview feeling as though you have “hit it out of the park.”
